Designer Variants

The sandwich panel is a building element used for construction purposes, contains a core material embedded in between two facing sheets. They are small modular units, joined together to make the desired wall component in the building. They are factory cured elements available in standard sizes for ready to install condition.

Vpanel is a Non-Asbestos product, consisting of light weight core, containing cement and fly ash binders, fire retardant grade polystyrene beads and some propriety chemicals. The lightweight core is bonded to surface layers of 4.5 to 5.0mm thick Vboard (asbestos free cellulose fibre cement board) on either side of the core. The Vpanel is manufactured to a nominal thickness of 50mm, 5mm & 100mm and to a standard width of 600mm. The product is made to different lengths of 2.4meters, 2.7meters, 3.0meters and 3.3meters to meet different requirements.

VPremuim and VPlank is a non-asbestos autoclaved product. These fiber cement boards are manufactured by the Hatschek process; later the product is cured using HPSC technology. The curing is done under high-pressure steam to attain the product’s strength and stability. Vpremium and Vplank is composed of a composite matrix of special grade cellulose fibers, ordinary Portland cement, fine silica quartz and some mineral additives.

Vpremium and Vplank is manufactured as per ISO 8336/IS 14862/ASTM C1186 standards. They are available in standard dimensions with smooth and textured finishes to meet the requirements of modern external building applications.
